Bonnie Peterson is an independent Sacramento Realtor with Grounded Real Estate, helping buyers, sellers, and investors across the region's most established neighborhoods — Midtown, Oak Park, East Sacramento, Elmhurst, Curtis Park, Land Park, and Tahoe Park. Licensed since 2018, Bonnie was born in Sacramento and has lived in Oak Park neighborhood off and on for 15 years.

While Bonnie has a special love of old homes in established neighborhoods and infill development, she prides herself on listening to her clients needs and helping them identify hidden opportunities in areas they may not have otherwise considered and has provided that same level of service helping buyers and sellers in Roseville, Folsom, Chico, Woodland, and West Sacramento.

Before real estate, Bonnie spent years assisting the land development process and working with regulatory agencies; experience that helps her clients understand what's planned, permitted, and possible in any given neighborhood. She especially enjoys working with first-time homebuyers, walking them through homeownership affordability and the real costs of owning versus renting so they can step into homeownership with confidence. Many of Sacramento's most desirable neighborhoods feature historic homes with their own quirks, and Bonnie helps buyers understand what they're really looking at and what to expect down the road.

For sellers, that means realistic pricing, presentation guidance, and a marketing approach tailored to the property and the neighborhood. For investors, Bonnie's regulatory background is especially useful when considering rental and ADU potential, or development opportunities and missing middle.
